A good news and good friday for me!


After so many days' findings and investigated,
customer has confirmed that parts received are correct and acceptable!
Can't imagine the consequences if the parts are wrong...they have to recall back everything from end customer for the board they've built in the past one year!
Can you imagine the cost and revenue impacted??!


Anyway, I'm safe now!
I'm so happy when reading that email!
I can sleep tight tonight after suffered insomnia for so many days.. haha..


Just left not much things for me to follow up with the manufacturer now.
Oh gosh, i don't know how to start my communication with them since my english is poor!
